The water had rocks in it (not the hotel’s fault) but the sister hotel water was very nice. No one seems to know much at the reception to say the least. It just taught us to have more patience.

Every morning, Rosemberg always remember to say hi as soon as he sees us and pour us coffee and place 2 bottles of water on our table even before we ask for it. My husband and I spent a week at the Yucatan Princess Resort and we have A LOT to say.

They work hard and are just nice people. The room was never made up normally - whether or not we left money (a tip).

Only annoyance we had was a lady at reception who was a bit rude and didn’t feel like being helpful when we were asking change for tip.
