In PW3 characters had haki or you could use a skill to damage them in logia guard.I dont like how the damage on most specials was underwhelming compared to pw3 but this was counter balanced by having 4 specials and ffb using the special restore rate instead of a seperate stat.I also dont like how hard it is to get clouds to stick with Nami outside of the pirates ire skill and ffb, but her moveset in general was buffed so w/e.
